Mexx, also known in real life as Katharine, is an English Lit major at Lancaster University. She's a big geek, and well aware of this. In her spare time she writes a fair bit, reads, and spends a considerable amount of time online. She also drinks more than is strictly necessary, but has fun doing so (unless of course it's rum, which truely is a vile drink).

She's horribly attracted to men that would never be good for her, both fandomly and in real life. Her taste in men is somewhat varied, but if Robbie Williams or Richard Dean Anderson offered, she wouldn't say no. She's not gay, but if anyone could turn her it would be Eliza Dushku or Amanda Tapping.

She loves Firefly, and thinks Serenity may well be the best film she's ever seen. She considers Joss Whedon to be one of the most genious men alive. She also likes Stargate-SG1, Doctor Who, Lost, Harry Potter, Angel and Buffy. Her favourite films include Closer, Stage Beauty and Serenity. Her favourite author is Margaret Atwood, but enjoys the occasional Dan Brown or James Patterson. This site is home to Mexx's general insanity, her various fandom writing, icons and videos. It used to be home to everything about her, but her personal site has now moved to sweet-cherry.org because she is so self-obsessed she needs to spread herself over two domains.

The fourteenth layout for this site features pictures of Sarah Michelle Gellar. She is pretty. Uh, that's about it.

The images were distorted, manipulated and played with using Adobe Photoshop CS. All html codes were written by hand (and Mexx is well aware that she's a masochist) and Mexx loves her new html book that taught her all this groovy stuff.
